Because of issues collecting sales tax and mailing books out, I don't sell merchandise from my site. However, for your convenience, I've posted Amazon links to the books I've had a hand in, plus a few other products I recommend. I'm happy to later sign my book for free at any appearance or event.

A digital scale will greatly improve your results, since non-gluten flours can greatly vary in how densely they pack in your measuring cup. A lot of useful ingredients can be found in your local store, such as cornstarch and tapioca flour. These are harder to find. However, beware the shipping cost. It can be as much or more than the product. Another option can be to order directly from Authentic Foods.
