Rabbits
I drew this cartoon in Medical School - don't ask me where the idea came from, but it was funny. The New Yorker wanted the idea, but was going to redraw it so it would be consistent with their usual style. I refused, and instead let a friend of mine use it in A Tuck Thing.

Notes
This was one of the cartoons I published in Dance Beat (a newspaper out of Miami devoted to ballroom dancing). |

Invisible Partner
I spent a LOT of time practicing on my own, with an invisible partner (it's great for learning balance and timing). I also published it in Dance Beat.

Indiana Jones
This was a joke about how dusty Indiana Jones was in his movies...that the dust would be more of a hazard to any lurking snakes, than they would be to him. Published in Rogue's Gallery.

Han Solo
Still Harrison Ford, but now as the very scruffy Han Solo talking to Chewbacca. Published in Rogue's Gallery. |

Rat Runner
I had 3 part-time jobs in college. One of them was as a "rat-runner." We'd put lab rats into their experimental boxes, and feed and handle them. This led to a number of jokes that got published in The Rat Runner's Digest.
