During a code, you're supposed to say "All Clear" so everyone can step away from the patient. Otherwise, you can get quite a shock.

Another Bovie joke. They're great for stopping bleeding, but too high and they can fry the tissue - sometimes even destroying it.

Surgeons often use saline to rinse things off. Sometimes they go overboard. There have been times when I wished I had a boat because of all the water on the floor.

This is a joke about bleeding. Okay, I admit it. You hear a lot of sarcasm in the OR.

Yep, another Bovie joke. Here the surgeon had a hole in his glove and got shocked when trying to use the Bovie.
