Into the PK Zone (My dissertation)

This was my dissertation, which was completed for my doctoral program in parapsychology. Like all dissertations from accredited schools, it was then placed on microfilm by the University of Michigan (UMI).

This is the raw material out of which The PK Zone: A Cross-Cultural Review of Psychokinesis was drawn from in large part. Because it was unclear at the time it was written whether spontaneous experiences could be different from intentional ones, and whether religious and spiritual PK varied from its secular version, these categories were kept separate in the literature review and data analysis. Since they were shown to be virtually identical experiences, these distinctions were dropped in The PK Zone.

There are only two reasons why you might want to struggle through the academic double talk in this version. First, it can be used by other graduate students as a reference source for their theses.  Second, it contains chart diagrams at the back of many of the interactions between the constituents of the PK experience.
