This page has some mp3 audio clips. In them, I speak about a number of subjects, including how anyone (psychic or not) can help spirits move on to the light, a bit about psychic attack and self defense, and how to visualize a mirror shield for protection. I may be adding more of these with time.
1. Moving Spirits on to the Light
This is a talk I recorded about some
simple ways that you can move spirits on to the light whether or not you consider yourself
to be psychic. Please note that not all spirits CAN be moved on. Some are really
stuck, while others may be guides who are meant to stay. However, most of the
time ghosts don't realize they are dead or are afraid of what the afterlife may
hold for them. Such souls can often be moved on. The talk can be downloaded as a

2. Psychic Attack and Self-Defense
This is about a ten minute
talk covering some very simple basic thoughts about psychic attack and how a
person can defend themselves. If you wish to listen to it, the talk can be

3. Creating a Mirror Shield
This is a simple walk-through visualization to help people create a mirror
shield for psychic self-defense. Of course, this isn't the only way that a
person can shield themselves, but it's a common method. The talk can be
